Plumbing works.

Plumbing work.

Before starting the installation of new plumbing equipment, it is necessary to dismantle the old. Of course, if the house is new, then, as a rule, there is no equipment. If the house is not new, especially “Stalink” or “Khrushchev”, then when performing the dismantling work it is necessary to be very careful: the likelihood that the crane or breaks through the pipe is quite great.

First, new heating radiators are installed, followed in the walls, pipes are mounted for water supply and sewage. By this time, all mounting drawings for the installation of new equipment, as well as installation frames for attaching built -in plumbing, should already be at the facility.

Installation of plumbing equipment is the following stage of work. If the house is parquet, then work is performed before its finish varnishing. Currently, metal -plastic has become the most popular material for the water supply. The advantages of these pipes (compared to traditional metal) include: the convenience of installation, the absence of welding joints, a raid is not formed on the walls of the pipes. Metal-plastic pipes manufacturers give their products a guarantee of up to 80 years of operation, but it is impossible to check it-the material is used quite recently. You can use copper pipes similar in characteristics to metal -plastic. But it should be borne in mind that such pipes and components, one and a half more expensive metal -plastic. PVC pipes are usually used for sewage.

It is known that plumbing work is one of the most expensive. This is due to the fact that the pipes are laid in the walls and floors, which requires increased accuracy and responsibility when performing work. Errors are not acceptable. It often happens that the customer, following his design vision, insists on the “incorrect” installation of plumbing devices. This leads to the construction of the catwalks, some other structures and even the installation of pumps. And all this in order for the system to function normally: the water from the toilet should go into the sewer riser, but not in the bidet, located below the toilet, and even next to the riser. In order not to call plumbers often for cleaning blockages or not to repair the bathroom again, it is better to immediately agree on a design project or your ideas with specialists-equipment. And then the normal work of plumbing will not cause trouble.
