Young boiled potatoes in Hungarian
Six selected potato tubers, two heads of fresh onion, twenty -five – thirty grams of margarine or lean oil, two testicles, half a cup of sour cream, red on a fine pepper and herbs to their own taste.
Prepared potatoes clean, fry with a ray. When pepper, add up, pour a small amount of milk and boil up to softness. If the liquid remains, pour it, put in potatoes chopped testicles, boiled soft.
Serve with greens and watering with sour cream or ketchup.
Boiled potatoes with butter and garlic
10 tubers of potatoes, forty grams of margarine or lean oil, two – four pieces of garlic, greens to their liking.
Boil clean potatoes, pour water. Dry the potatoes, add the oil, sprinkle with a very finely chopped garlic, cover with a lid for two minutes and serve here to the table.
Boiled potatoes with butter and herbs
10 tubers of potatoes, forty grams of margarine or lean oil, add salt to your own taste.
Clean the selected potatoes, rinse, pour warm water, put boil. When the water mass boils, add up and continue to boil until readiness. Then drain the water, the potatoes must be dried, add oil, greens, crushed garlic, mix by shaking and put in a plate.
It is allowed to serve a salad of homemade fresh vegetables, sauly cabbage, cucumbers.
Boiled potatoes with sauerkraut
Five – six tubers of selected potatoes, three hundred grams of cabbage, one onion head (small), 5-6 slices of garlic, four – six tablespoons of butter oil, add greens to your personal taste.
Clean the potatoes, boil. Squat sauerkraut lightly, pour butter, decorate on onion rings and garlic slices and serve to potatoes.
Boiled potatoes with a passed beam and tomatoes
Ten – twelve tubers of selected potatoes, oils of three tablespoons, onions of three – five heads, tomato three to five are necessarily fresh, greens in personal taste.
Clean the selected potatoes and boil until complete readiness. The on -shrug is thinly chop and pass with fat until soft.
